The UMP Digital Plus dispenser is the controller of choice for high temp or low temp dishmachines, conveyor or door-type machines, using dry or liquid detergents, and will maintain accurate feeds in either probe or probe-less mode. The large display is easy to read at a distance. The menu keys are oriented for quick, one-handed use. A choice of conductive or an inductive probe for hard water and/or heavy soil load conditions.

Product Benefits
Inductive Probes read chemical concentration levels by casting a magnetic field from two charged coils that is encapsulated in PVC. This allows Inductive Probes to provide consistently accurate and reliable chemical concentration without the worries of failure or undue service calls due to hard water scaling or galvanic corrosion. Inductive Probes also have a built in temperature sensor that allows the probe to always have consistent conductivity readings even if the wash tank.
